I have a morning flight from kansai airport at 9'am. If,I stay in Kobe is there a bus or train to go,directly to the airport. What is the,price

Here is the bus info from Kobe (Sannomiya station) to KIX:

But 9 am is not too early, regular trains will probably also be an option (check Hyperdia).
