May I know when is the Kansai Airport Ticket counter closed ? I am arriving at Kansai airport at 22:30 and would like to purchase Bay Shuttle for my return from Kobe airport ?

Already ticket conter closed if after 1 APR 2015.

Also ferry company EN online reservation page not works now.
(JP page is working no problem)

Basically no reserved ticket traveler possible to ride if not full.
Maybe won't be full usual all time ask about seat conditions,too.
Ferry seat numbers 110 passengers max.
