Operating hours for the Kawachi Fuji Garden

Dear all, im planning a visit to the garden and would like to know what time does the garden open in the morning? I mean the operating hour of the garden. I couldnt find this information on the website. Thank you in advance :)

I could not find the official opening and closing times, but I did find this link that says that the family arrived at 8:00 AM and went in.

When I went to the gardens, I used the shuttle bus to the nearby hot springs bath. The garden is just up the hill, about 200-300 meters away.I think I arrived at 11:00 AM. Going to the hot springs bath after the gardens was very relaxing, and I would recommend doing both. I
