i want to go to Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and Kobe on july for ride subway in whole city can i use pasmo card or maybe i have to buy other card?

No need other card or not depends on plan.
PASMO(also Suica) works in Kansai most rail and bus but dont know matched or not.
PASMO sales only in Tokyo(as Kanto area).
So if Osaka/Kyoto(as Kansai area) first buy ICOCA by JR West(rail company) stn.
