Early arrival

The four of us arrive at 5.30am and our hotel website says no early check-ins.
We are thinking of booking one of our two rooms for the night before we arrive so it will be available for us in the morning to shower and change and leave our luggage.
Will this be ok with the hotel?
Are the showers at Haneda Airport a good alternative - are they busy with early arrivals?

You'll have to check with the hotel as it's a pretty special case. Many hotels will cancel your booking if you don't show up on the day by a reasonable time, but special arrangements can probably be made.
I've never used them myself, but if you really must shower once you arrive then I would consider using the ones at Haneda.
