Fujikyu bus to 5th station

I have a question about the Fujikyu bus to 5th station.
We are planning a trip to Fuji-san for April 7th, and I know there's a good chance 5th station will not be accessible due to road conditions.
If 4th station is accessible, will the Fujikyu bus go there?
