Nishinomaru Garden in April

I just checked the latest information that Nishinomaru Garden at Osaka Castle Park has extended opening hours(9am-10pm) from 1st - 12th April,2015. I also understand that the garden normally closes on Monday. I would like to know whether it will be opened on Monday during that 12 days period?
