Murodo snow?

Hi. Wondering when it usually starts to snow and get slippery in Murodo in Tateyama. As you pass this area when crossing the Tateyama route it might be a problem with clothing and shoes. Dont like to carry bulky winter shoes just for that short time.

It usually starts snowing in early to mid October. But it can be slippery at any time of the year. Rather than on the season, slipperiness depends on the weather of the previous hours.
As you pass this area when crossing the Tateyama route it might be a problem with clothing and shoes. Dont like to carry bulky winter shoes just for that short time.
It is not necessary to go outdoors at Murodo when crossing the Tateyama Alpine Route!
