Chichibu rental bikes?

Hi,
Do you know if there are any rental bikes available in the Chichibu city area? I intend to use it for exploring the temples.
Can you rent helmets too?
I tried to find any contact info to the local city office but none found. Outdated information says there are rental bikes at the Chichibu (not sure if it is the Seibu or JR) station but not sure how it is with that now...
