10 days. Is JPR pass best for our itinerary?

I have tried looking up hypermedia but it is driving me crazy now! Our itinerary is:
Day 1: Stay Narita
Day 2: Travel Yokohama
Day 3: Day trip Hakone
Day 4: Tokyo Disney land
Day 5: Morning trip to Kamakura then travel to Kyoto
Day 6: Explore Kyoto
Day 7: Daytrip Osaka
Day 8: Day trip Nara
Day 9: Return to Tokyo and explore
Day 10: Explore Tokyo and depart Narita
Should we buy a rail pass for the last 7 days? Does this seem like a good itinerary? THanks for any help and suggestions.

Yes, I think your itinerary is fine and the JRP will give you a slight saving over the individual tickets. It's essentially about the same price as a return from Tokyo to Kyoto so the other journeys you'll be making to Kamakura, Nara, Osaka and to Narita would make it worthwhile.

Plus this will save you money.

YES it is worth to get a pass in this scenario. Activate on Day 4 and it will last till Day 10.
