Cherry blossom in Hirosaki & Kakunodate

Hi,
We are checking daily the forecast of cherry blossom in Hirosaki & Kakunodate. We saw that the forecast of best viewing changed in those towns - to 30 of April.
When is the last forecast of best viewing of cherry blossom that we can relay on - in order to plan our visit those 2 towns and enjoy the hanami?

Currently it looks like it will be a very early season in Kakunodate and Hirosaki this year.

There is no such thing! Nature is not reliable. Humans cannot predict the weather correctly for more than a couple of days.

April 30 would be towards the end of the season IF the forecasts are correct and IF there are no heavy rains or winds that take the blossoms down prematurely.

I am afraid there is a big risk that April 30 may be too late. But at the same time it could be that it suddenly becomes colder than expected again, whcih could delay the blossoms and make April 30 still an enjoyable hanami day.

I am afraid that nothing reliable can be said until about 3-7 days before the visiting date.
