Hakone Free Pass and RomanceCar

Hi,
I would like to purchase the Hakone Free Pass (2 days) and the limited express surcharge for RomanceCar. I understand that the total fee for the above ticket would be 5140 yen (from shinjuku) + 890 yen = 6030 yen.
Is there any ways that I can reserve both the above tickets in advance? If I can't reserve Hakone Free Pass in advance, can the limited express surcharge for RomanceCar (890yen) be reserved in advance?
I tried to access the e-romancecar system on the Odakyu website and it seems like you can only purchase the full-price RomanceCar tickets.

You can not reserve Hakone Free pass in advance. You have to purchase it from ticket counter directly.
On the other hand, you can reserve Romance car tickets in advance through the web site, e-romance car.
