As mentioned, is OT shoes in Japan relatively cheaper compared to my country Malaysia which is selling about RM350?

Thats about 11500 yen, so yes they can be cheaper in Japan. There are also a few Onizuka Tiger outlet shops that you might be interested in checking out.
