I need to get some documents by mail and I have teigaku kogawase to send as payment. Which slip do I keep and which do I send? Thank you.

If you scroll down the page, at the bottom you see the photo of the large portion and the slip attached to the right (2-part). This is what you send.

If you look at the photo above that, you see a third part shown to the right. The piece on the far right is the piece you keep. That's the receipt for you.
