Best spot for marriage proposal

I plan to propose my girlfriend at Koya area or other place in Kansai area which I will be there for most of day. Could you please recommend good spot for this matter.

In Koya itself there is the very beautiful Danjogaran area with the red pagoda, especially at night when everything is lit up. I'm not sure if it is super romantic, but it sure is pretty :-)

I don't know much about Kansai,
but Rokko mountain area might be a place you wanted.
Actually, I went Rokko mountain Observatory long long time ago by myself :( And later, my friends from Kansai said Rokko mountain Observatory is usually a place for a couople・・・. Beside observatory, there are several restraunts on the top of the mountain. You may check those restraunts.
