Good place for buying used bicycle in Tokyo

Hello all,
I'm from Thailand and I'm currently living near Omiya, and will be here for at least another three years.
I've always love riding a bicycle, but I decided to sold mine before I left Thailand and realized that was a huge mistake!
The question is, I'm looking for some nice place where I can get a good second hand road bike. Is there any shop that specifically sell used bicycles or that sort of thing?

Road bikes are less demand as second hand.
I can only think internet auction sites(Yahoo auction, rakuten etc) are only the place you can search them.
