Hello - could anyone tell me if there is a shopping district (or street) that mostly sells second-hand watches? I am looking for a nice automatic watch.

Ginza Rasin and Evance.
You can also check out shops such as Brand Off, Sekine, Ginzo and Daikokuya but these also have bags, shoes, clothes and jewelry.

Btw, the shops I mentioned are in Ginza or Shinjuku. Some of them have branches in both areas.

My recommendation for second hand watches is a shop in Nakano, in the old mall area. Its 3 storied building with new on one floor, and second hand on others. Just google Nakano Broadway second hand watches, I think they also have auction online.
