Izakaya in Naha, Fukuoka and Tokyo

Hi everybody,
We're planning a trip late August/ early September. Among the places we will be visiting are Naha, Fukuoka and Tokyo.
I really love visiting traditional izakayas. There are tons of them out there. Can you recommend any in these cities?

Izakaya is in Tokyo a lot anywhere.
I think that, I can suggest the one that limited an area and a dish to want to eat.
