Package stuck at " Departure from inward office of exchange "?
Hello , i ordered smth from japan (ems) , and the tracking number shows that it s stuck for more than a week at "departure from inward office of exchange", besides this state is mentioned twice in a row which is strange. Why is it taking so long ?
