Pregnant women don't need special milk. Just buy milk. Milk is milk.

Japan has a wide range of great milk. Just check the percent you wish to have on the side of the box. Their milk is all pasteurized so unless you are buying from a specialist store that sells non-pasteurized for alternative customers, then you cannot go wrong.
There is quite a lot of advertising of "Hokkaido"dairy products, but I've just bought whatever was available.
