Africa universities degree job possibility?

hello , i have a question which is really stuck in my mind ,it might be something new for some people ,but let me give you example :
i'm from algeria and i graduated from algerian university in IT/ENGINEERING field , i have bachelor/master degree (not a problem) , i want to apply job as a fresh graduate in japan !
would i have the chance to apply job with my degree ? or do i have to study in japan ?

The degree is a good start to obtain a work visa; your university may not be well-known in Japan and that could hamper you. The real question is: can you speak the language? A Japanese company is almost definitely going to want an employee who knows Japanese.
