Where did the sender send it to? Not to a bank account I assume?
The sender, upon completing the SBI Remit, should receive a reference number (they will have filled in the recipient's name as well). The sender is supposed to give that reference number, and go to MoneyGram location with that number and personal ID to pick it up.
