Penniless to learn Japanese 2016/7/29 15:51
I have been so fascinated by Japanese language but I am fearful that it will be a quite difficult language to learn since I am so faraway from the country plus I don't have any money to buy Japanese language books because my place here did not sell any:( I really love to listen to their language though since it is quite intriguing especially in music. I think Japanese songs are much easier than English that is why I love it.However I want to deepen in Japanese proficiency and I think through books is the best choice....probably.. Please share your thoughts.. I am quite doubtful right..

I suggest apps like Human Japanese (free), or just search Japanese in your phones app store. You can easily find stuff that are free.

The nice folks at Georgia Public Broadcasting have an entire free beginners course online. It's quite a few hours, starts from a totally beginners level, simulates learning in a classroom, and won't cost you a penny:

By the time you finish those you'll have long forgotten about this post, but if you do come back to it you should by now have the wherewithal to start on the Japan Foundation's lovely Erin ga Chosen course, another excellent, long, and free video course aimed at more advanced beginning to intermediate students:

Isn't it a wonderful age we live in?
