Has anyone ever worked for an ALT dispatch company called Heart Corporation or Heart English School?
What are their rental cars like?

Heart Corporation is pretty much bottom-of-the-barrel in regards to dispatch companies in Japan.
(This does not reflect upon the quality of its teachers.)
Avoid if possible; join if you're desperate.
