Job Difficulties in Japan?

if you have a person who
1- finished Bachelor degree
2- Fluent and professional level of English (non Native)
3- have the basic in Japanese and will continue study the language from October (if i get COE these days) 6 months at least.
4- will work part time job same time as study the language there.
5- have 4 years of experience to work in big company before the bachelor degree.
6- Can live any where in japan to work Full time.

can find job there ?
