I am an undergraduate student majoring in Computer Science. I am planning on applying for Bunka Flash College in Tokyo. My Japanese is good, I can draw and interested in fashion industry. Is it necessary that my major in undergraduate should be arts related to get an admission at Bubka ?

I don't think it is necessary. You should not worry about it. But, you want to make sure, you can easily contact the school and ask for details.

You think your Japanese is good which doesn't necessarily mean you are good at Japanese. I am afraid you need to pass at least JLPT N2 to enter your college. The JLPT is important for applying to senmongakkou as far as I know.
Please, don't think that my answers are very correct. To make sure of everything, you need to contact the college and ask them for more details.
I wish you all the best.

Bunka Fashion College is a two-year college/vocational school that people out of senior high school (around age 18) in Japan would attend. Check under "Applications and Tuition Fees" - 2- (1) must mean "Applicants do not need to be of Japanese nationality" I assume :). See 2-(3) and (4) for the Japanese language requirement. http://www.bunka-fc.ac.jp/en/http://www.bunka-fc.ac.jp/en/applications.pdf
