Unpaid health insurance

well I'm on a WHV right now but I have to return to Australia for a few months(which goes past my visa's expire date) due to a family member passing away but I would like to return to Japan on a long term basis again.
I am up to date with all of my utility/rent bills and residence tax, the only thing I'm behind on is my health insurance, so will I be black listed by immigration if I apply for a work visa?
I would love to pay it but after paying for flights & the future funeral costs I'll basically have no money to my name.

They cant put you into black list. You have reason for not paying and you went to your country for emergency.
