Having tuberculosis during PR process

I guess I have tuberculosis. I need to stay in the hospital in an isolation room without being able to go outside for about two months.
I already applied for the PR. Will this have any effect on my application process?

Is someone checking your mail? If they send you a form asking for more documents or your postcard saying you were accepted and you don't respond, they may cancel your application. But as long as someone is checking your mail and you get in touch with them if they've sent anything they should be understanding.
