Relocating during Eijuken process

Hi,
I live and work in Kyoto Japan. I got a good offer from a company in Tokyo. While working in Kyoto, I applied for permanent residence permit also known as Eijuken (永住権). My application is still under process (been only 3 months)
Kindly let me know what is the correct protocol to notify the Immigration Bureau about this change in location and my new Employer.

Your best bet is to contact immigration directly and ask them for the procedure and paperwork you'd need.
