Personal legal documents

I am not yet in Japan and would like to get a legal_will and power_of_attorney before I come. I checked a couple places online in the States, yet it seems that they are legal in only within the state I order it.
Does anyone have a will, power of attorney (financial, life support, etcetera), and life insurance that has legal ground in Japan and the States? I would appreciate any wise, legit advice.

Life insurance should be OK - just continue your payments to the originating agent/company without change after your move. The rest probably need a `re-do` if you want similar documents that are valid here in Japan. I doubt the terms and conditions would be permitted (by law) to be exactly the same, hence the need to re-do.
