Transfer from Komatsu Airport to Fukui 2016/11/19 00:48
According to the itinerary at http://bus.keifuku.co.jp/air/komatsu.shtml , the departure time of the bus from Komatsu Airport to Fukui is scheduled according to plane arrivals. I'm afraid that 15 minutes is a very tight schedule to grab my bag from the belt, find the bus station and buy a ticket. Does anyone have experience with the procedure?

I think you over-estimate the time it takes for those procedures and the size of these regional airports. If you're not wasting time, you should be able to make it in time to purchase tickets, which are usually right inside of where you get on the bus. I wouldn't worry too much about it.
