Which of below is better for oversea student?

I have got offer from éćw(¶w) and ćUìćw(O[ow).
I would like to study Japanese deeply in my university.I have just do some research of these university and find that both subjects have things that I am interested in.Also,their ηl are similar(49 & 53)I am so confused and don't know I should choose which university...
Cloud anyone give some advice to me?

49 and 53 are much different. 50 is average. éćw is below average, ìćw is a bit above it.
Image of éćw is, well, not good in my mind.
