i have 3.7 unweighted gpa and 3.8 weighted gpa
also my highest sat score is 1320/1600.
where can i apply with them?
Also i need information about minimum and average gpa and sat scores for sophia university, keio university, tokyo university, and toko institute of technology.

All the universities publish their requirements on their sites, I suggest you check them.

You will need the GPA only if you apply as an exchange student. If you want to enroll, you have to pass an entrance exams, I don't think SATs and grades count.
