Can I go on a high school exchange?

so I am going to 18 soon and will be graduating from high school this year in Canada. I searched online and found that many programs has an age limit from 15-17 but I also watched many videos on youtube that people who are 18 and graduated successfully went on an exchange. Please tell me any schools or agents that will offer programs for 18 year olds or any other related information. Thank you in advance.
