Trading stocks/currency with a student visa

I am a foreign student at a Japanese university. If I open a trading account in Japan and enable my broker to automatically send information to tax agency, would it affect my student visa status in any way?
My trade activity will not affect my ability to complete my degree, I just want to know if there is any regulation that I should be aware of.
