Taxis on Naoshima Island

We are planning a day on Naoshima from Okayama.
5 adults, 4 in their 70’s, and one mid 60’s.
Would taxis be readily available and a sensible option?
Know we would need 2 taxis unless we manage one with the fold down front seat thingy.
I have read the info on the Bennesse site and this site, and am aware of bus options: just wondering if we would cover more areas more efficiently in taxis, or whether buses are frequent enough to be sufficient.
We plan to see Bennesse and Chichu museums, and all the outdoor iconic items, as well as the Art House project self guided walk in Honmura.
Arriving and departing from Miyanoura Port.

There is *one* shared taxi on the island.... http://naoshimataxi.petit.cc/Tel：（087）892−3036 Cell：090-7147-5760 Hours: 8：00AM〜8：00PM You might be better off hiring a car and a driver in Okayama for the day...
