Problem with booking ANA online 2017/4/19 19:13
I live in Japan. My father just tried to book me a domestic flight online with ANA for July 31st. It was a Value 75 Fare. The passenger name was my name. He entered his credit card information though. When finishing the purchase, it said the request cannot be processed. The flight was not purchased.

When booking with ANA, does the passenger name and have to be the name on the credit card?
My father has purchased me flights before and this has never happened.

If you live in Japan, I think the fastest route to an answer would be to call the ANA offices and speak to them. You will definitely get the official answer speaking to an ANA representative.
