Hi guys.
What should I do?
I haven't ever spoke to a Japanese person in Japanese. Trying to speak with a Japanese person on Skype or HelloTalk was something I tried doing a lot but what happened is that I didn't find anyone and even if I found it's just so scarry to speak with a Japanese person for the first time...
What do you think about that?

Ask you mum or your dad for help. Adults tend to have better social connections than children.

Get a language teacher. Google can find you lots that will offer lessons over Skype.
