So if you graduate as a doctor medicine in a different country can you practice medicine in Japan? If yes what can we do to be able to do so? And which hospital do accept forgein doctors?

Can you pass the Japanese national licensing exam? Do you have medical level Japanese ability?

"Currently, doctors from the U.S., the U.K., France and Singapore can practice in Japan without a Japanese medical license under bilateral agreements with those nations, but they can only see patients of their own nationality."

go to japanese embassy in your country and make your inquiry . i think they can explain it well to you.
