Half day in Kyoto

I would like to know what would be the best deal for half day visit in Kyoto (say from 8 am to 4 pm) ? To use Kansai Thru Pass or buy separate tickets or buy one day Kyoto sightseeing pass ? I would like to go Arashiyama, Fushimi Inari-taisha shrine, Maruyama park and Kyoto Botanical garden.
Above three options, which is more suitable ?
