Where could I change key in Kyoto city?

I just move in an apartment in Kyoto Gojo. I want to change the key of the wooden door. Please advise if there have a shop nearby and could change the key for me.
How much it will be?

You mean you want to change the whole lock in the door and the key, I guess? (Unless it is a padlock you just attach onto the locking bar). You need to ask the landlord if they can do it, and if not, ask if you can do it. The landlord would know a contractor for that.
