hi ! it is so cute salt:) i transrated from the left one to right. 1.抹茶塩 Maccha salt --flavour of maccha(green tea). normaly use with Tempura. 2.天ぷら塩 Tempura salt --salt for Tempura or Tempura-flavour salt. (i think former). 3.焼肉塩 Yakiniku salt --salt for yakinku(a japanese barbecue). i think it tastes garlic. 4.紅塩 Red salt/Rose salt --it is the same as your coutry. Himalayan rock salt is famous in Japan. 5.白ご飯塩 salt for rice --salt for cooked rice. it is good to put it on the cooked rice. it is flavour of shiso(Japanese herb, seaweed or sesami, i think)
玄さん is caracter or brand name.
all of them is good to cook with meat or vegetables. how to use is belonging to your idea and cooking skills:)
