Ferry port is not so far, get off 5th stop "Naruto kanko-ko(kou)" around 5 min short ride, 110Y/oneway.
This bus is regular local bus, no booking.

Tokushima bus has not "IC card" payment system,
only in cash, accept coins and only 1000Y bill(exchange to coins first when paying).
This 2nd bus stop area has also taxi waiting spot with like this,

but waiting or not depend on date/time and weather conditions.
If no both(bus and taxi), try hitchhike catch local drivers, not so hard in this case.
Also you can go to observation spots until bus dep time if on weekday.

You can NOT take Expway bus for Awaji, Kobe, Osaka as up route from "Naruto Koen-Guchi" bus stop.
This bus stop is only for Tokushima city as down route. (= oneway use)
