Guest house with community recommendation

Hello,
I visit Japan every year for a couple/few months. I often have stayed at The kurumae Sakura House in Taito Ku, Tokyo. I have a room and a kitchen for a good price and I am near the Sumida river, Asa Kusa, nice parks, a language school etc.
Recently I stayed in J&F Guest House in Amagasaki (Osaka area). I had a room, kitchen access, I was close to many beautiful parks, an affordable gym etc.
So my question is what are some other areas like this where there are guest house's where you can get a room, or share room, for 35000-55000 yen with a full kitchen to use, and you are in an area that is wonderful to just wander around and enjoy?
