Road closures to Ryokan Ontake

Hello, I will be driving from Takayama to Ryokan Ontake in early Feb. There seem to be some road closures outline here https://www.ryokan-ontake.jp/eng/access/ which I couldn't quite understand. Is it reachable by car in winter? Thanks Ken

From the map you attached it would seem that if you take 437 - 441 road you should be able to come by car. You would better rent a car with winter tires though.
Other roads (the ones with the small arrows and black line through the road) are either completely closed or closed at night.
I guess you read that there is a pick-up service as well.
