Hirabari, Nagoya Test Center Vacation Days?

I did a search but can't find this info...

I need to get an international driving license from Hirabari around 28th Dec to 8th Jan. Will they be closed for the vacation period on these dates?

According to this site,

it is open on 28th Dec, 4th, 5th and 7th Jan. Among them, 28th Dec will be less crowded.
