Transport to hotel

We very much like to know how and where to make a reservation for a shuttle bus from Kansai airport to Hotel Kanade Shinsaibashi.

Such a bus does not exist.

I would just ride train to nearest station and catch a short taxi from there.

All your suggestions and answers are very valuable to us, elderly. Unfortunately, due to our advanced age, we are not able to walk over such a distance {from Nikkon to Kanade} with our two suitcases. We are aware that we are completely unknown with the transport facilities in Osaka but we thought that we could make a reservation with a shuttle service to get to Kanade hotel.

Have you asked the hotel if and which bus company will service the hotel?

That is a very valuable advice, we have asked our hotel about the shuttle, they mentioned there is a shuttle but no other details were given. Should we ask them again, do you think?

Take the airport limo to Namba,then a taxi to the hotel from the bus depot. Print the hotel name to show the taxi.
You purchase the limo tickets on arrival at the airport.

As from your suggestions, the best fit for us, will be a combination of a shuttle {thank you mr. Firas and mr. Hakata14} and a taxi {thank you mr. Shinji}

The staff from Kanade adviced:
There is a shuttle bus from Kansai International Airport.
It is recommended to go to Shinsaibashi or Namba (OCAT).
If it is a train, from Nankai train to Namba from Kansai Airport.
Please change to the south subway.
I go to Shinsaibashi by subway.

I think that what the hotel calls "shuttle" from the airport is not run by the hotel.

There is indeed a direct bus from KIX (Kansai International Airport) to Shinsaibashi, but it runs only twice a day. Please refer to the following website for time table and fee:

Direct buses from KIX to Namba are much more frequent as you can see here:

Shinsaibashi is closer to the hotel, but Namba is not that far either. You should take a taxi from Namba.

I go to Shinsaibashi by subway.

Was the above sentence written by the hotel staff too? Or are you saying that you will take the subway?
