Hi,
We will be taking Jetstar from Sapporo and arriving in Tokyo at 12pm.
We found out Japan Bus Online has got direct bus from Narita to Fuji at 1.30pm. Do you think we can make it? Given we need to collect our check-in luggage. Do we need to clear immigration custom despite a domestic flight?

You don't go through immigration on a domestic flight. I think you should make it.
