I want to go to shin hotaka rope way from Matsumoto 31/01/2018
My question: where I can buy bus ticket ?
can I buy the bus ticket at Matsumoto or hirayu onsen station?

And where I can buy bus ticket from shin hotaka ropeway to Takayama? (At shin hotaka ropeway or book at hirayu onsen station or on bus)

I am sure you could get tix at Shin Hotaka . I caught the bus one stop after the Shin Hotaka ropeway, and paid the driver upon arrival
