Odawara to Osaka = 12,XXX yen Osaka to Hiroshima = 10,XXX yen x2
7 day pass = 29,XXX yen.
I would go to Hiroshima after Hakone, so you can use a 7 day pass for shinkansen Odawara to Hiroshima for 3 nights. Train and ferry down to Miyajima. And shinkansen Hiroshima to Osaka/Kyoto.
You'll still have a few days left of the pass to cover trips to Nara and Kobe/Himeji etc.
Kintetsu pass near useless as you are not going places that the pass covers.

I'd say that time spent in Nagoya and 4 days in Osaka is largely a waste, even if you plan days trips. Nagoya? And Osaka?? Why??? Maybe an hour in Nagoya. A half-day in Osaka at the most, unless you really like unattractive cities.
